Curbadeed
Owners with a new reason to sell, by 7 am.
Every property a city cited, with why the owner may sell and the move to make, in 12 cities, including Chicago, Columbus, Houston and Philadelphia.
Screens
Morning over the town: each house the city flagged gets its score and the move to make.
The Columbus list: strongest first, with why now and the move to make. Filter by unsafe buildings, owners who live elsewhere or long ownership, then mail, export or drive it.
One property: the city’s records on it, its motivation score, a rough spread (fixed-up value, repairs, an offer) and that the owner lives elsewhere. A plan adds who to write to.
The morning email for Columbus: how many properties are new on your list, the strongest first, each with why now and the move to make.
The same property on your phone: the records, the score and the area in Google Maps, ready to drive by.
