The morning list for wholesalers.

Every property a city cited yesterday, graded structural, vacant, upkeep or paperwork, and scored by how many reasons to sell stack up. Built city by city from open public records, for investors, wholesalers, agents and contractors.

  • A 7 am email for each city, with a flag when a property gets worse.
  • A mail run: one print-ready letter per owner, with letters 2 and 3 on schedule, plus a drive route.

Source: each city’s open code-violation and property records, used under their own terms and credited per city. We only use sources that allow commercial use without asking for permission.

Every Chicago building the city ordered fixed, mapped and ranked for home-repair contractors, with the open violations and whether a repair permit was filed. For porches and stairs, masonry, roofing, windows, gutters, fencing, electrical, fire safety and more.

  • Free, no time limit: every cited building for your trades, the map with ranked leads, a route planner, a job tracker and notes.
  • Owner names and mailing addresses, a letter template and CSV export: $79 a month for one trade, $129 for two or more, plus tax. Paid plans opening soon.
